Within the frame of the upcoming symposium ‘Women in Science – 1st Erlangen Symposium’, we came up with the idea to create a platform for gender activites offered by and around the Department of Chemistry & Pharmacy of the FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
Here, you will find information about all kinds of ongoing and future gender activities at the Department, such as seminars, talks, workshops and symposia, which are especially addressed to female scientists.
Given the still encoutered unbalance of gender in Professor and Chair Positions within most universities, specially in the field of natural sciences, we will also provide information on funding and different scientific career possibilities in the future.
