ABSTRACT GUIDELINES

Each presenting author may submit only one abstract (either for poster or flash talk). The official language of the conference is English.

For registration and abstract submission,

  1. Please create an account on the ConfTool.
  2. Prepare the abstract using the template provided.
  3. Submit your abstract as a doc or docx file. Each participant is eligible to submit only one abstract.

Poster Guidelines

  • A0 size [841 mm x 1189 mm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches]
  • Veritical

We will provide all hanging materials, but we are unable to print posters on site.
