Flash Talks and Poster Session:

There will be flash talks throughout the symposium on all three days. Flash talks will be 10 minutes long. The two hour poster session will be held on day two of the symposium, Monday June 19. Please check the program for exact times. Participants are allowed to submit one abstract, either for a poster or a flash talk. To submit an abstract, please do so through ConfTool. Here you can choose your submission type and formally submit.

 

Meals:

Complimentary coffee and snacks will be offered throughout the entire conference at the coffee breaks. Additionally, we are happy to announce that we will provide lunch on June 19 and 20 and a barbecue dinner on June 19 after the poster session. These will be free of charge to all presenters and participants! Vegetarian and vegan options will be available at all meals and coffee breaks. There will also be an invited speaker dinner on Sunday night June 18.

 

Prizes:

Cash prizes will be awarded to the best posters and flash talks of the 2023 symposium. The Royal Society of Chemistry is graciously sponsoring this year’s prizes.

 

Childcare:

We are happy to offer childcare on FAU’s campus to all attending the conference who need it. Please leave a comment when you register if you will be requiring childcare with the number of children and their ages.
